Holidays are here

The holidays are coming up fast. We are getting ready for Halloween. Jeff and Tori carved the pumpkins this weekend. We have a Headless Horseman, a Kitty, and a Smiley Face. Tori scooped out the inside and kept saying GROSSSSS. We have a witch in the entryway and Jordan isn't sure if she likes it. Jordan and mom put out the sidewalk Halloween lights.

We are going this week to get Tori's costume. We have decided to let Jordan use one of Tori's old costumes. Haven't decided if she will be Jasmin or Pocahontas. Either way she will be cute.

Jeff is still doing great in his 53 class. He is getting excited about going to Germany. He got his A+ and CCNA certifications. He is now working on his Network+ and Security+ certifications.

Darla has been getting ready for our move to Germany. She has been going through toys, clothes, and books, sorting and throwing out old stuff. We bought some travel books for Europe that will help us as we travel on vacations.

Tori is doing better in school. She sings the alphabet song all the time now. Mommy has also been teaching her the Army song and she has just about got that down. She is making lots of friends and she doesn't like the weekends because she can't see her friends. Her class has a new pet (a hermit crab) that a student gets to take home on the weekends and Tori is looking forward to her turn.

Jordan is getting so big. She is now a climber. We have to put the kitchen chairs under the table to keep her from pushing the chairs to the counter and getting into everything. She is mommy's helper. She likes to help with the laundry and vacuuming.
